Description:
In version 3.7-1 the menu Online-Actions is missing. According to the official Gnucash Wiki (link down below), this is caused by compiling gnucash without the '--enable-aqbanking' flag. As a result, one can not use the HBCI function of gnucash anymore, which was activated in the past. Since gnucash depends on aqbanking, I think this is an undesired behaviour. Reason for closing: Not a bug
Additional comments about closing: It is already enabled, it is actually mandatory (and --enable-aqbanking doesn't make sense, since it uses cmake)
