namcap give that results but I've build kwin with qt5-script dependency and plasma wayland session won't start, too.

plasma wayland need qt5-script to start, but upstream (trunk 5.16.90) is affected to this bug

after install qt5-script, kde stable works fine

Sorry, my notice was about 5.16.90. In my system builds kwin 5.16.90 with qt5-script (it was already installed in my system) doesn't works. Kwin_wayland not starting with and without qt5-script.
I know about https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=412152 - I wrote there some information (as Pawel).
