Details

I have installed these packages:

community/python-voluptuous-serialize 2.3.0-1 (5.4 KiB 9.0 KiB) (Installed)
community/python-voluptuous 0.11.7-1 (47.2 KiB 276.0 KiB) (Installed)


but when checking python pip I can see this

voluptuous 0.11.7
voluptuous-serialize 2.2.0

I think that this is reason why home-assistant is not starting, check  FS#64097
