Description:

This matters for instance when building a supermin appliance[1] with sleuthkit included.

Note that missing sqlite dep is reported by namcap.

I'm curious how you discovered this, incidentally, given that sqlite is used by gnupg and must therefore be present on all arch systems (because pacman).

@eschwartz Supermin appliances are literally super minimal :) Typically not even a package manager is installed[1].
