Description:

When trying to use vulscan.nse script (e.g. sudo nmap -sV -v -d --script=vulscan/vulscan.nse some_ip) it fails. See this closed issue:
https://github.com/scipag/vulscan/issues/12

It can be solved using this patch:
https://patch-diff.githubusercontent.com/raw/scipag/vulscan/pull/13.patch

Please, consider using some newer commit from github repo or apply the patch.

Still broken, but with a quick, fast and easy solution. Hope this gets closed during the bug wrangling day :)

Update: my bad, it works as it is. You can close the bug.

Any blocking point for this issue? A simple update to latest release (2.1) would solve it.

This package should either be fixed and updated or removed. There is no point of keeping it in this state for years.
