Description:
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
mesa: /usr/lib/pkgconfig/egl.pc exists in filesystem (owned by libglvnd)
mesa: /usr/lib/pkgconfig/gl.pc exists in filesystem (owned by libglvnd)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

Additional info:
* testing/mesa 19.2.0-4
* libglvnd 1.2.0-2

Upgrade mesa to 19.2.0-4

Testing package was updated just now to version 19.2.1-1, there is no file conflict anymore.

I was actually about to file a bug report myself on the exact same issue before I noticed the new update to mesa.
