{jre,jdk}-openjdk have been updated to 13 in [extra], but bazel still depends on java-runtime=12, which is now not provided by any package.

Seems like we need to provide java=12 as compiling with 13 fails for me.

java 12 is EOL, there are surely some upstream commits to make it work with 13?
