Description: Version 14.2.1 missing dependencies


Additional info:
* python-prettytable
* python-pyopenssl (for ceph-mgr package)
* also ceph-mgr should be noted as optional package for ceph

Steps to reproduce:
1) upgrade an existing install
2) problem.
