Any useful information at all? How about the actual version? Errors? A description?

We never packaged arp-scan version 1.9.1.

In fact, arp-scan 1.9.1 never existed upstream either, so I'm not sure where you got that version from in the first place.

Maybe you meant to say that it stopped working after upgrading the kernel? Because I can confirm that.

The same version of arp-scan (latest 1.9.5) with the same command (eg: `sudo arp-scan -lI ens18`) used to work and now it doesn't. I'm not sure the exact version of the kernel that actually broke it but I guess this isn't really a bug in arp-scan?

Sorry, I wanted to say that after upgrading to libpcap 1.9.1, arp-scan doesn't work (it find 0 hosts in my network).
IF I downgrade to libpcap 1.9.0, it works fine.

The issue can be closed. I applied a patch to arp-scan which was using libpcap incorrectly. (this was filed on the wrong project)
