Description:
With linux 5.3.1-arch1-1-ARCH and linux-zen 5.3.1 the laptop battery lasts for (approx.) half of the time than wit linux-lts 4.19.76-1-lts. Some rough measures taken with the acpi command: - linux-lts 4.19.76-1-lts: Battery 0: Discharging, 96%, 06:20:55 remaining - linux 5.3.1-arch1-1-ARCH: Battery 0: Discharging, 95%, 03:31:04 remaining - linux-zen 5.3.1: Battery 0: Discharging, 96%, 03:38:08 remaining All measures have been taken when the laptop had settled down after booting and in the same load conditions. |
