Description: The package build includes 2 patch files for parallel that remove nag messages about citations. However, the cmdline switches are still documented in the manpage even though they no longer exist. In addition, the manpage still includes many references to "GNU Parallel" which should be removed per GNU's restricting trademark.

Additional info:
* package version(s): 20190722-1
* config and/or log files etc.: n/a
* link to upstream bug report, if any: n/a

Steps to reproduce:

$ man parallel
/citation

$ man parallel
/GNU parallel

Why does this matter?

I would expect that the citation command line option is still valid even if it doesn't do anything now.

As for the branding, I am not even remotely convinced by the author's ridiculous claims, due to the fact that every one of his case references is completely and utterly different. So I'm not sure why we bother with such a patch, whether complete or incomplete.
