Description:
Specifying `-m` option in an invocation of rankmirror results in unexpected error messages.

Additional info:
* package version: pacman-contrib 1.1.0-1

Steps to reproduce:
Preparation:
$ url='http://ftp.vectranet.pl/archlinux/$repo/os/$arch'
$ rankmirrors -u "$url"
http://ftp.vectranet.pl/archlinux/$repo/os/$arch : 0,146896
Test:
$ rankmirrors -m 0,001 -u "$url"
'http://ftp.vectranet.pl/archlinux/$repo/os/$arch' does not exist.

On the other hand, the long option works fine, as well as putting `-m ...` at the end:
$ rankmirrors -u "$url" -m 0,001
http://ftp.vectranet.pl/archlinux/$repo/os/$arch : timeout
$ rankmirrors --max-time 0,001 -u "$url"
http://ftp.vectranet.pl/archlinux/$repo/os/$arch : timeout
   0001-rankmirrors-fix-parsing-... (0.6 KiB)
