Not all available data files are specified as optional dependencies for tesseract.

Additional info:
* package version: tesseract 4.1.0-1

Steps to reproduce:
"pacman -Qi tesseract" does not list "tesseract-data-srp_latn" as optional dependency, so a user might think that "tesseract-data-srp_latn" is not available at all in Arch Package Database.

Please compare "pacman -Ss tesseract" and "pacman -Qi tesseract" for other missing optional dependencies.

Later I saw that this is case with even more packages...
Command pacman -Ss tesseract-data returns 106 packages, while tesseract -Qi gives only 60+ packages as optional dependency.

This was fixed sometime even before I jumped on Tesseract stuff. The opt depends appears to be in sync with the available data packages now, and srp_latn is in both places.
