Description:

A recent commit added some Logitech mouse models to hid-logitech-hidpp [1]. However, Logitech G102 Prodigy is not working well with it, sometimes showing up this on boot:

> [ 34.187560] logitech-hidpp-device 0003:046D:C084.0002: Device not connected

Thus leading to a delay on mouse in the boot. It seems that the upstream has seen this problem on some other models and partially reverted the commit [2], while Arch Linux kernel repository hasn't applied this revert. I'm not sure of other mouse models, but at least Logitech G102 Prodigy (C084) has this problem and shall not be added to hid-logitech-hidpp's list for now.

Additional info:
* version: since linux 5.2.9-arch1

Steps to reproduce:
* Boot system
* Plug the mouse to the computer

I can validate this same error on my logitech g403. Same error message: kernel: logitech-hidpp-device 0003:046D:C083.0002: Device not connected

loqs: Have sent one [1], yet I've made a typo on the CC. It seems thst Benjamin is subscribing linux-input so I think I'd not disrupt him to send one more...

Also an issue with Logitech G502, mouse connects but the secondary keyboard function for the buttons sometimes doesn't connect sometimes it does.

Others are also having problems
