Cannot start minikube with none driver.
Error message says that minikube has to be run with 'sudo', but it is already with 'sudo'

Additional info:

Package version: 1.3.1-1

* config and/or log files etc.

Error message:

💡 Please run with sudo. the vm-driver "none" requires sudo.

Steps to reproduce:

An attempt to run minikube with none vm driver and sudo:
sudo minikube --vm-driver=none start
