DetailsI need `libraw` enabled `openimageio` for alice-vision framework. ( https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/alice-vision/ )
All it needs is `makedepends+=(libraw)` and mention of `libraw` in `optdepends`... |

Perhaps we could also enable `libwebp` in single go ;)

Ok sure.

Sadly openimageio can't do runtime library loading for those deps but eh let's just make those additional deps mandatory.
