Maybe a rebuild is sufficient as:

ldd /usr/lib/graphviz/libgvplugin_gtk.so.6 | grep not
libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0 => not found
libgdk-x11-2.0.so.0 => not found
libatk-1.0.so.0 => not found

Just tried, a rebuild alone doesn't help.

Aha, is a duplicate of

https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/50751

If gtk2 is not installed, the plugin doesn't see it's libraries, which is
not a bug, as gtk2 is optional.
