Description: After updating to apm 2.4.2-2, I always get "/usr/bin/node: symbol lookup error: /usr/bin/node: undefined symbol: nghttp2_option_set_max_outbound_ack". apm 2.4.2-1 already had issues when I tried to install anything.

Additional info:
* package version: apm 2.4.2-2

Steps to reproduce:

1. Update to apm 2.4.2-2
2. Enter any command (e.g., "apm list", "apm version")
3. Get "/usr/bin/node: symbol lookup error: /usr/bin/node: undefined symbol: nghttp2_option_set_max_outbound_ack"

This is recently fixed (ref: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/63547). Please upgrade again. You may want to wait some time for your mirrors to get synced.
