Description:
Video and audio lag heavily since Linux Kernel v. 5.2 in all applications. Downgrading Kernel and Headers to 5.1.9 always solves the problem. These five lines occur after the kernel update.
I have similar issues with two computers using intel graphics.
They both started to seriously lag (graphically) when using linux 5.3 and xf86-video-intel.
The issue has also been discussed here: https://github.com/qutebrowser/qutebrowser/issues/4641#issuecomment-535918017
FS#63464which is fixed in linux 5.3.9.1-1 (testing).
