Actually some files as specified in LICENSE file are BSD 3-clause, so probably good to specify it as well

The BSD-licensed files are not distributed by Arch (one is a manpage we don't package, the other two are .c sources for programs we don't package).

So it should be totally safe to declare this package with a PublicDomain license.

Admittedly, it's also fully within our power to take the Public Domain work, and redistribute it after slapping on a GPL license, but... why bother...
