Everything seems to be running fine except for [A-Z] entries in romantable.txt. Other shifted characters (e.g. punctuation like : or ") successfully produce their assigned characters. See the attached animation for a demonstration.

fcitx 4.2.9.6-2
fcitx-mozc 2.23.2815.102-3

For what it's worth, I imported my exact configuration (romantable.txt and keymap.txt for fcitx-mozc and ~/.config/fcitx for fcitx, all attached) from a Debian 10 installation with the following versions--and this issue is not reproducible on the Debian machine.

fcitx 1:4.2.9.6-5
fcitx-mozc 2.23.2815.102+dfsg-4

I do not use Arch Linux often these days. Please accept my apologies, should I be unable to provide a speedy followup.

Didn't have JS enabled for the attach-another-file button.

This issue can be worked around by manually setting シフトキーでの入力切替 to オフ. Contrary to the warning dialog, this setting is *not* automatically disabled.
