Description:
I was facing a weird behaviour with the last version of gimp stored on the Arch Linux repository (https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/gimp/). I'm using the last version of Manjaro Linux, and when I was trying to use the text editor to edit a text or create a new one, all empty new lines disappeared, and I could not add more than one. When I clicked to the "Use editor" checkbox, I could see I added a lot, but they were not visible in the canvas. I had to install the flackpack version from the official web page to avoid the problem because I reinstalled the app several times using the repository with no luck. Additional info: * package version(s): gimp 2.10.12-1 Steps to reproduce: Install gimp from the official repository (https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/gimp/), create a new image and try to add more than one new lines using the text editor: That canvas won't show you more than one (click on the "Use editor" checkbox to see how many new lines added) |
