Description:
A recent update of budgie-extras introduced a new icon in the Applications menu called 'QuickChar'.
This would run the quickchar program, that fails to start. If I start it from a console, it fails to start with a python error message that states that "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pyperclip'"

Additional info:
* package version(s) 0.9.1-1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Update to the new budgie-extras version
2. Observe the new icon on the application menu
3. Click on the icon (doesn't start)
4. Check for the .desktop file in /usr/share/applications and see Exec=quickchar
5. Start quickchar from a terminal
