Description:
SweetHome3D fails to launch. It only shows the splash screen and then exits. Using the nvidia 430.40-4 driver
export SWEETHOME3D_JAVA3D="1.5"; sweethome3d
works with either java 1.8.0_222 or java 12.0.2
As explained during the installation process you can switch to Java3D 1.5 using
SWEETHOME3D_JAVA3D=1.5 sweethome3d
or set the SWEETHOME3D_JAVA3D environment variable in your profile
