Mirror urls are incorrect. This are the correct urls:
http://mirror.mijn.host/archlinux/
https://mirror.mijn.host/archlinux/

Because of a server migration, our IP address will change:

Currently we cannot rsync from this IP. Can you add this IP?

You are a tier 2 mirror so you cannot sync from our tier 0 server. You mentioned that you are/were syncing from rsync://ftp.nluug.nl/archlinux/. Is that still the case and do you get an error when trying to sync from them?

Edit: Tier 1 mirrors (like nluug.nl) allow anyone to sync from there. The is no IP whitelist that would need to be updated here.
