Edit:
If fluid is updated to 1.2 and cmake is used then https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-76042 prevents the build on Qt 5.13
Edit:
I tried to create this as a separate comment but the comment was not created and no error message produced so adding as an edit.
With the above patches the package builds for me.
qt5-wayland.patch applies fix for QTBUG-76042
PKGBUILD for liri-cmake-shared
fluid.patch updates fluid to 1.2 changes build system to cmake.
Unsure on if qt5-wayland should be in optdepends.
