Details

When building libbeagle from abs :

./configure fail with
checking for XML::Parser... configure: error: XML::Parser perl module is required for intltool
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.


I think you only need to add perlxml in makedepends (maybe depends ?)
