Description:
Seems like the current versions of imagemagick are build without jpeg-support for tiff. Tiff images stay black when jpeg compressed in gwenview. Can somebody confirm?

Additional info:
* imagemagick 7.0.8.55-1
* gwenview 19.04.3-1

Steps to reproduce:
* open tiff file with jpeg compression via gwenview
Error message:
TIFFReadDirectory: Warning, Unknown field with tag 347 (0x15b) encountered.
foo: JPEG compression support is not configured.

My fault, the summary was not added to the report. Can somebody with higher rights adjust?

What does this have to do with imagemagick?

As far as I know the tiff decoding of gwenview is using imagemagick as lib. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong. There were various updates of imagemagick last days which correlates on the time line but this is totally unrelated feel free to close.

No, image rendering in gwenview has nothing to do with imagemagick. Please attach an affected image.
