Description:
This issue was already reported to kde devs
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=409382

I think it is a packing issue because Elisa suppresses
the power management as expected when running on Neon unstable edition
or Void distributions.

Apparently this is only implemented in the vlc backend, which we don't use

Please ask upstream to enable this for the qtmultimedia backend too
