DetailsUpgrading to 23.2.1-2 made OBS not recognize webcam at
/dev/video0 Downgrading to 23.2.1-1 immediately fixed the issue without any tinkering. |

Your issue seems strange as the only difference between those packages that I can see is the broken one was built with 'qt5-svg'. You could try rebuilding obs-studio without that dependency to confirm if that is your issue.
