Details

Upgrading to 23.2.1-2 made OBS not recognize webcam at
/dev/video0

Downgrading to 23.2.1-1 immediately fixed the issue without any tinkering.

Sorry for the late reply, could you try 24.0.1 and see if you still have the issue?

Your issue seems strange as the only difference between those packages that I can see is the broken one was built with 'qt5-svg'. You could try rebuilding obs-studio without that dependency to confirm if that is your issue.
