I've always had pillow installed, for various reasons, and never noticed the difference. :( Thanks for pointing this out, and I've submitted a PR at https://github.com/JimmXinu/FanFicFare/pull/410 to make sure that fanficfare advertises this to anyone reading the setup.py or setuptools/pip metadata.
