I think archstats it's a powerful project and can help the package maintainers in their work, wouldn't be nice to ask to the user if he wants to enable it by default? At the very least we can understand how many "Arch box" are out there (you know, like Fedora did).

I don't think putting archstats on installer will do this, but it will surely bring more attention to archstats, and more users will use it.

I've had problems with Archstats (goes to 100% CPU usage, and never updates), however, so I don't think always installing is the best option.

Maybe adding it to the DAEMONS list but disabled by default would suffice.

it should be optional as it is now, if someone decides to join archstats it can be easily activated by hand.
