Description:
Ever since Cinnamon 4.2.0 was released I'm unable to use my system since it hangs and crashes randomly, not to mention I can't use anything from the panel or change the desktop background. At first I reported the issue to Cinnamon at GitHub but they said Arch has missing dependencies: GOA lib and tinycss. Check out the link below for details where Clement Lefebre explains it.

Goa is completely unrelated and it's already an optdepends. If you don't install the optdepends then you won't be able to actually use Goa in cinnamon...

Your tinycss issue just means that not only is your system out of date, this bug is now a duplicate twice over.
