Description:
perl-net-ssleay 1.85-4 (git revision 36990f3dd8e03e3b108cd54ee5ac308471cc59d7) is basically not-compilable in a clean chroot: Running extra-x86_64-build takes eons to finish (if it finishes at all ...), because the testsuite takes ridiculously long. examples: I aborted t/local/07_sslecho.t after 03:30:55 also t/local/06_tcpecho.t takes a long time to complete (not sure how long exactly). Two things come to my mind: 1st: do _you_ run the test suite when building the package? 2nd: what is actually tested in check()? - either it is superfluous and/or some timeout needs some adjustment ... regards, deepthought |
