DetailsThe `/etc/logrotate.d/salt` provided by the salt package touches `/var/log/salt/*`. This results in logrotate rotating already rotated logs, and thus one ends up with filenames like `minion.1.gz.1.gz.1.gz.1.gz.2.gz.1.gz.1.gz.1.gz.1.gz.1.gz` and although the ls looks pretty, that shouldn't be the case.
Since salt only ever creates two files, it should be save to change the logrotate config to `/var/log/salt/{master,minion}`. |

Actually, should be `/var/log/salt/{api,key,master,minion,ssh,syndic}` to cover all the log files available in the default config.
