Description:
There is an optimization bug in GCC 9.1.0 [1], which causes telegram-desktop to crash at startup (in Data::Session::notifyIsMuted(), specifically). That optimization bug is already fixed in SVN trunk of GCC [2] but have not been backported to GCC 9 branch yet as of writing. If I build core/gcc with that patch, and use the patched gcc to build telegram-desktop, there are no more startup crashes of telegram-desktop. Could you consider including that patch in core/gcc? Enable [*testing] 2. Run telegram-desktop and login |
