Description:
KWin hangs when dragging window to screen edge on NVIDIA Optimus systems.

Steps to reproduce:
* Start KDE
* Drag window to screen edge and notice the display hangs

Upstream patch (not included in Qt 5.13.0 that was just released) for Qt:
