It looks like nvidia-lts needs to be rebuilt against linux-lts 4.19.52-1. With nvidia-lts 430.26-2, the nvidia module refuses to load:

kernel: nvidia: disagrees about version of symbol wake_up_process
kernel: nvidia: Unknown symbol wake_up_process (err -22)
kernel: nvidia: disagrees about version of symbol _dev_warn
kernel: nvidia: Unknown symbol _dev_warn (err -22)
