rtl-sdr currently installs config files to /etc/modprobe.d/ instead of /usr/lib/modprobe.d/, this should be changed

Please implement this (as it is the standard practice). The fix is very easy (just change of path in PKGBUILD).

I can not override the configuration file (/etc/modprobe.d/rtlsdr.conf) and it is not even mentioned under backup() section of PKGBUILD.

It is more than a year. May be needs to be re-assigned to someone else?
