Can confirm.

Can also confirm high-severity. It deletes passwords from the keyring for any connection attempt (!)

Rolling back network-manager-applet successfully mitigates the issue.

network-manager-applet-1.8.22-1 has successfully deleted all my passwords.

Same problem while using gnome-keyring and nm-applet with awesome wm. It's likely that  FS#62799  also describes the same issue.

Can you confirm it has been gone?

For me, it disappeared on update to network-manager-applet-1.8.24-1. I've updated couple of weeks ago, so far everything works fine.
