Looks like savannah was hacked a while back and they still haven't restored all the files. In the meantime, the files can be downloaded from ftp://ftp.gnu.org/savannah/files/beaver/. I don't want to update the PKGBUILD since this is a short-term fix.

Also, there is a 0.3.x set of files, but according to the project site - those are unstable/dev releases.
