The perf python library is missing from the package

- source at https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/tree/tools/perf/util/python.c
- example script at https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/tree/tools/perf/python/tracepoint.py

Could they be included in the perf package? Or perhaps as a 'python-perf' sub package?
