Description:

after upgrade system, botocore upgraded to 1.12.148-1 and urllib3 upgraded to 1.25.2-1,

running curator shows error:

pkg_resources.ContextualVersionConflict: (urllib3 1.25.2 (/usr/lib/python3.7/site-packages), Requirement.parse('urllib3<1.25,>=1.20'), {'botocore'})

this requirements can be confirmed at https://github.com/boto/botocore/blob/develop/requirements.txt

install curator
run curator

downgrading urllib3 to 1.24 makes curator runs
