Description:
Shotcut doesn't contain all necessary filters

Additional info:
* package version(s) : 19.04.30-1

Steps to reproduce:

Launch Shotcut,
load video,
look for filter stabilize : it's not present.

The problem is well know as GPU option should be disable but since 19.X revision, it disappears from menu. How to enable/disable it : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dJtzkwpbhzg
