Description:
Reporting an upstream bug: https://github.com/containers/libpod/issues/3095 This results in a runtime error on nearly every podman command. Steps to reproduce: - Install latest podman (1.3.0) - Run any podman command (other than version) - Result: ~ % podman info Error: could not get runtime: error decoding configuration file /usr/share/containers/libpod.conf: Type mismatch for 'libpod.RuntimeConfig.runtimes': Expected slice but found 'string'. |

# (Unless another table is added)
# TOML does not provide a way to end a table other than a further table being
# defined, so every key hereafter will be part of [runtimes] and not the main
# config.
The `events_logger = "journald"` line was at the end of the file. Moving this above `[runtimes]` fixes the problem.
