--disable-debug removes some symbols which are needed to compile fatresize (new partitionmanager dependency). See https://github.com/ya-mouse/fatresize/issues/9

Currently fatresize is in AUR. Do we adjust this for a package in AUR? Or are you planning to move it to [community]?

Yes, I'm moving it to community (it's a new dependency of partitionmanager as I said)
