DetailsI just wanted to try out clang-doc as an alternative for Doxygen (see https://github.com/llvm-mirror/clang-tools-extra/tree/master/clang-doc) but found no easy way to do that without replacing the clang package from the repositories with a custom build from Git since that part is missing. Curiously, the documentation for clang-doc is contained in the package, just the tool itself is missing.

Is there a reason upstream does not install some tools such as clang-doc by default?
