Description:
The problem is when using the Ukrainian locale (LANG=uk_UA.UTF-8) in my profile.
The problem appeared very recently. About 2 weeks ago, everything worked fine.

If you start the program with the command "env LANG = uk_UA.UTF-8 libreoffice --calc &" or "env LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8 libreoffice --calc &" - the inscriptions in the (Tools-> Options...) window are present, but the program interface language is English.

Steps to reproduce:
1) delete folder ~/.config/libreoffice/
2) run from KDE menu (comand: libreoffice --calc %U)

Is this an issue with recent libreoffice-still 6.2.8-4 or libreoffice-fresh 6.3.4-2 ?
