Description:
I have previously open https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/61927 to report not encouraged usage of the plugdev group. The task was closed beacause of 'Upstream' reason.

The issue has been fixed upstream but you are still generating a package with the not wanted '61-libsigrok-plugdev.rules' file. Please remove from installation.
