Details

Samba 4.7 introduced the support for AES-NI instruction
But it is necessary to enable it with '--accel-aes=intelaesni'

Is it possible to build samba with this enabled?

Additional comments about closing:  samba depends on gnutls now, see https://www.samba.org/samba/history/samb a-4.12.0.html

samba moved it's encryption library in 4.12.0 to gnutls so this is no longer applicable
